As usual, we have a half-term closure to new enquiries, starting this coming Monday the 23rd of October. During this time, we won’t be responding to new queries, and our phone line will be closed.
Our website and YouTube channels have a variety of resources to answer many of your questions – and should you have an urgent questions, you can always call Contact SEND Charity helpline on 08088 083555, which is open Monday-Friday, 9:30am-17:00pm.
We’ll be taking new queries again, from the morning of Monday the 30th of October, but in the meantime, will still be supporting those people who have already contacted us, and those we are currently working with. We are responding to our voicemails and emails withing 10 working days – thank you for your patience.
