Young People over the age of 14, can have an Annual Health check from NHS Dorset, if they have a Learning Disability, and are on the Learning Disability Register.

To add your name to the Learning Disability register, you just need to speak to your GP. This will help with extra support when visiting your doctor, as well as other information.
