With the summer holidays starting, we have closed out phone line and emails, to give our staff a little summer break.
In addition, some of our Officers and Advisers are not in work over the school holidays, so please do bear with us, as it may take us a little longer to get back to you. Our Advice line will be open again from the 7th of August. While our line is closed until then, we will still be supporting people who have already requested support.

Once our lines reopen, until term starts back in September, we will be responding to queries within 10 working days. If you have left a voicemail, sent us an email, or used our webform to contact us, please be assured that we will respond to it – please only chase us if it has been longer than 10 working days(14 days). We are closed over bank holidays.
