Section I Placement Appeals Online Workshop

This 45 minute online workshop is delivered by one of our SENDiass Officers and will cover the following topics:

• About SENDiass4BCP
• Your right to request a particular school / college is named
• Your right of appeal
• Establishing your case
• Evidence to consider
• Considering EDR / mediation
• Appealing to the SEND Tribunal
• An opportunity for discussion and questions
• Where to gain further support

There will be a maximum number of 6 family places available on each session (maximum of 2 people per family).
