How we did, according to you

Over the 2022/2023 period, we continued to ask for feedback from those people who had support from us at a higher level, as well as offering anybody that we emailed the opportunity to give us feedback, via the link included in all of our emails.

Highlights of that feedback show us that:

89.53% scores us top marks for how useful our information and advice was.
93.88% scored us top marks on how neutral, fair and unbiased we were.
93.88% scored us top marks on how likely is it that they would recommend the service to others

Highlights from the comments:

“Second time I have had to use the service with two different children and I have found the service absolutely amazing thank you very much for all your support”
“You have given me hope – I was sad before I called, as I didn’t have any hope. I wish I’d called you a year ago, thank you.”
“Great service! Has been for the past 10 years. These ppl don’t get enough credit ❤️”
“Our case worker was very helpful and supportive and gave ys lots if useful information. She was very fair and respectful. She helped our family a lot with school and to understand additional needs and the support available within school for our daughter”

We are really pleased and grateful to everyone that has taken the time to give us feedback – and it is so gratifying to hear that we have been able to help so many of you.  Thank you.

Things change though, and there is always room for improvement. If you’d like to comment on how we reach out, or suggest any improvements for the future, you can let us know – until the 08/02/2024, when our Ways of Working survey closes – click on the link below.
