Bournemouth Gateway are running a short course, called Top to Toe Tuesdays. It is a short course, aimed at adults with learning difficulties, and other related conditions, such as autism.

A FREE 9‑Week Course

Food • Movement • Confidence • Independence

A friendly, supportive course for adults with learning disabilities and related conditions, including autism. We especially welcome younger adults and those who do not currently attend daytime sessions.


What to Expect

  • Prepare and cook lunch together each week
  • Enjoy a shared meal in a relaxed, social setting
  • Afternoon movement and wellbeing activities
  • Flexible sessions shaped around the group
  • Take home simple lunch recipes to try again

We ask for commitment to all 9 sessions, with understanding around illness or unforeseen circumstances.
